Refund policy

In case of any disputes, Calmly Candles reserves the right to make the final decision.

  • When you receive the products, please check whether they are in good order immediately. You are advised to not accept the order from the courier if you find it damaged or not in a good condition.
  • Should any item be received in a damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt, and provide the photo proof with your order reference number.
  • Refunds are not available. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days after you receive the product, and under the condition that the product is in the original condition and packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we regret that we will be unable to offer any return or exchange.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
